Among the numerous musicals in which he has performed, Peter starred for three years in the formidable role of Inspector Javert, which he made his own in the West End and then the UK tour of the Schonberg and Boubil’s hit Les Miserables.
Since then Peter has produced a diverse array of shows throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe. He also performs Masterclasses through which he passes on his wealth of experience in the musical business to up and coming talent.
In the last few years Peter has starred in his own shows for BBC NI TV and radio. He has appeared at the White House on St Patrick’s Day and at a one night performance at the MGM in Las Vegas. He also memorably sang at the funeral of Ulster football legend George Best.
Peter gives much of his time to working with charities and he has personally raised more than half a million pounds through charity performances.
