Jo has been with a journalist/broadcaster with the BBC for 15 years and has worked across a wide variety of programmes from news, weather, travel/lifestyle and most recently hosted Belfast's contribution to Children in Need 2014.

Jo studied in Edinburgh and went on to work in Marks and Spencer Head office as a food buyer. Although she loved her job with Marks and Spencer her love of journalism brought her back to Belfast to take up a job initially with Radio Ulster as a journalist/ newsreader and then quickly on to BBC Newsline where she has been broadcasting across breakfast, lunch and evening bulletins ever since.

Jo’s passion is property renovation/interiors. Other areas of interest include food, travel and with two small children, family and health/lifestyle.
